ABM- What is your Rap name? Tell us the story behind your hip-hop name?
.Blinks – My rap name is “.Blinks”. It is my last name I used to go by “Mistah Blinks” but dropped the beginning to keep it simple. Its just for my family its not many of us and most of my family hasn’t accomplished much except for my mom. I just want to keep the name afloat for the little bit of family I have left
ABM- Has anything happened in your life that led to the decision of becoming a musician?
.Blinks – Music is what I what I’ve always wanted to do. I love art in general at the age of 11 I wanted to be a producer. Just being surrounded by family who did music and listening to music all the time throughout life. There’s not a day where im not listening to it or hearing new music. What got me serious is just believing in myself that I could take this farther than just music
ABM- How did you get your start in the hip hop scene?
.Blinks – Recording at a friends studio. I started making beats for some friends in high school then started selling them while building connections as well. Then I started rapping, dropping Mixtapes n bringin em to school to give out.
ABM- Where are you from, and what was it like growing up there?
.Blinks – West Pittsburg, CA. I’ve actually moved 19 times but mostly throughout Pittsburg. It was hard at first moving from apartment to apartment with just my mom but definitely an experience I wouldn’t trade
ABM- What do you typically rap about?
.Blinks – Whatever is current. I try to mix that with my personal experiences. I also talk about love and try to motivate as well

ABM- What are you currently working on?
.Blinks – My latest project entitled .Chill. Sort of a sequel to .Ease. Will be available hopefully next month. Also perfecting my 2nd craft in photography

ABM- What is your ultimate goal at the end of your career?
.Blinks – My ultimate goal is to change lives with my music. I want my music to touch emotions and make better individuals just from my music and platform. Eventually I would like to have my own production company filled with other talent who would like to do the same.
