BM: What is your Rap name? ‘Tellus the story behind your
rap name? 3 Kings Gunna: My rap name is 3kings_ gunna
and the origination of my rap name came from my brotha
andit describes my personality: By any means necessary F'ma

get to the destination I'm tryna go and P'ma hit whatever goal I set It started

off asjust an adjective to my name, originally it was J gunna aka joe gunna, ya
feel me? and it came from my big brotha he was like cuz. you always gunnin
for something, you always tryna do somethin no matta what I don't take no as

a answer. so its pretty much an adjective to describe me which evolved in to

3kings_gunna cuz I started 3kingsRecords the label. People still call me.J

Gunna, Joc Gunna, Gunna, and Joc so its all mixed in one ya feel me? Its like

at what point did you meet me in my life is kinda where u got the nickname

from or how you describe me but it all started as an adjective to describe my
personality and what im about ya feel me? ABM: How long have you been in

the rap game? 3 Kings Gunna: I been in the rap game officially two years I

dropped my first project officially two years ago in August. Its on sounddloud

volved in the creation of making music?3 Kings Gunna: Honestly music has
always been a form of an escape to me, its a way for me to express my inner
feclings, my inner thoughts and relate to somebody else kind of like therapy in
away forme ya know? Music is also a way for me to reflect on the things I
been through, all my life experiences and to grow from them. As well as to be
able to inspire and touch someone ese with my thoughts.

Gunna: I'm from
East Oakland I grew up in the East Bay from Oakland to Richmond, Shout-
out to my Rich City Niggas but I spent my core years in the town that’s where

[first got grounded aficr my momma died when I was 10 and my pops was
in San Quintin damn near my whole life. Oakland is where I would go when
Thad no where else to go, where I got my game, and I got family in the east so
it was natural for me to gravitate and excel there. Oakland is a special place,
it’s where the black panthers originated so the people are strong and its where
