Forbes’ drops a new list of the current most successful and wealthy artists titled, “Hip Hop Cash Princes,” specifically ranks the rising under 30 stars who have already managed to start a solid bankroll for themselves. G-Eazy turns up at number 4 on the list! There is something to be said about being able to monetize your talent and these rappers without a doubt are cashing out. Charlamagne Tha God, Atlantic Records chief Craig Kallman, hip hop pioneer Lovebug Starski and three Forbes staffers all picked these artists for the list. Probably most surprising on the list are Little Simz and Young Dolph. Simz likely was placed on the list based on the strength of her Kendrick Lamar cosign, while Young Dolph distinguished himself by being one of the only independent musicians to have multiple Top 20 records from 2014-2016.
